Who we are
Recoup is provided by AGUNA Wellness Ltd (RC 9590421), Flat 6, Plot 084 C4 M/Odili River Park, Lugbe, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria ("we"). Contact: support@recoupaudit.com.
What Recoup does
Recoup checks the refunds, credits and discounts promised in support conversations against your order and payment records, and reports the differences. It covers the in-browser audit at /audit/, the done-for-you audit, the Monitor plans and Recoup for Gorgias.
Read-only
Recoup never issues, edits or reverses a refund, and never changes data in your help desk, store or payment provider. Any action you take on a finding is your own decision.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. We use it only to produce your reports, as set out in the privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to share the data you give us.
Accuracy
Findings are produced by written rules and show the sentence and record behind each one so you can check them. Recoup can miss a promise or mark one wrongly, especially where wording is unusual or records are incomplete. Reports are provided as information, not as financial, legal or accounting advice.
Fees
The in-browser audit and Recoup for Gorgias are free. Paid plans are priced on our pricing section, billed monthly and can be cancelled any month. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.
Acceptable use
Do not use Recoup to break the law, to access accounts you are not authorised to use, or to disrupt the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending
You can stop using Recoup at any time and disconnect any integration. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
