The in-browser audit is free. The done-for-you 90-day audit is $299, paid only after you see the report, and free if it finds less than $299 at stake. Weekly Monitor is $249 a month for the first 3 months after an audit, then $500 a month up to 2,000 orders.

We run it on your last 90 days of AI-closed tickets with your refund policy as the rules. Free if it finds less than $299 at stake.

Monitor

$249 / month for 3 months

Founding price after your audit, then $500 a month up to 2,000 orders. Monitor Plus: $1,500 a month up to 10,000.

How you pay

  1. Request the audit with the form on the home page. We reply within one business day with the exports to send.
  2. We deliver the report within 5 business days and walk you through it.
  3. Once you have seen and agreed the findings, you pay $299 by the secure card link (Bachs) or the invoice that comes with the report. If the report finds less than $299 at stake, you pay nothing.
  4. Monitor is billed monthly by card link or invoice. Cancel any month.
