Privacy policy
The in-browser audit uploads nothing. The lead form stores what you type and emails it to us. Data you send for a done-for-you audit is used only for your report and deleted 30 days after delivery, unless you keep Recoup. We do not sell or share data.

The in-browser audit
The audit at /audit/ processes the files you choose on your own device, inside your browser. The files and the results are not uploaded to us or anyone else.
The lead form
When you ask for the free audit, we store the email address and the answers you give (store or app, help desk or billing system, order or subscription volume) and email them to support@recoupaudit.com. We use them only to reply to you and to run the audit you asked for.
Done-for-you audit data
If you send exports or give us read-only access for an audit, we use that data only to produce your report. We delete it 30 days after we deliver the report, unless you continue with a Recoup plan, in which case we keep it for as long as the plan runs. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Sharing and cookies
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own use.
- We use no cookies, apart from any involved in serving our fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to support@recoupaudit.com.
