Recoup reads three things: the tickets your AI support agent closed, your Shopify orders and refunds, and, if you use it, your Stripe refunds. It matches each money promise in a ticket to what happened in Shopify and Stripe. All access is read-only: Recoup never replies to customers, edits orders or moves money.

## Help desks

### Gorgias AI Agent
Reads tickets AI Agent replied to: reply text, ticket ID, customer email, order number and times. Checks cancel, remove-item and replace refunds against Shopify.

### Intercom Fin
Reads conversations Fin handled. Checks Shopify refunds, gift cards and any promised Stripe refund, which Fin cannot issue itself.

### Zendesk AI
Reads tickets the AI agent replied to. Catches partial refunds promised in text that the native full-refund action cannot deliver.

### Any help desk that exports tickets
Kustomer, Gladly, Sierra, Siena, Yuma, Re:amaze and others. If you can export tickets with the reply text, customer email and times, Recoup can read them.

## Order and payment systems

### Shopify
Reads orders, refunds, transactions, discounts, gift cards and store credit. The in-browser audit needs only the standard orders export.

### Stripe
Reads refunds and the charges they belong to. Optional, for brands where Stripe takes payments directly or the team refunds from the Stripe Dashboard.

With the in-browser audit, you download the exports yourself and load them in the page. Nothing is uploaded: the matching runs in your browser. With the free 90-day audit, you send exports or create read-only access that you can revoke at any time. How we handle that data is in the privacy policy.

Recoup is new. We are onboarding the first brands by hand, and listings in the Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk and Stripe app stores are not live yet.
